The life of Vince

This is a paragraph I wrote for school about groups of people, more specifically brotherhood and football.

 So this is what I think about it;

Brotherhood: An association of men united for a common purpose. These fellowships shouldn’t only refer to the ones bonded by blood, and I found one that isn’t. I remember signing up for high school football at the end of my 8th grade year. I had never played organized football before, and I was a little bit anxious. I had no idea of the true culture I was about to enter. “Welcome to the gridiron” he said as I walked up to the desk. Coach Fras, decked out in all of his Walled Lake Northern gear, had basically scanned my soul as I walked up to him. I knew that before I signed this player’s contract, he was going to make sure that I was ready to go that extra mile for him, and most importantly, my teammates. Little did I know, what I was about to join would change my personality, how I viewed others, and my way of life for at least one season a year.
